• In your note, include:
  1. Your name, phone number, and time zone (U.S. only, please)
  2. Your pet’s names, types, and breeds
  3. What your shopping needs are — (for example, older pets with health issues, dogs that destroy every toy they’ve ever owned, problems with pet odors or marking behaviors in your home, etc.)
  4. The best time and dates for you to be available for a 20-30 minute phone call

What Happens Next:

• I’ll get in touch with you to schedule a call
• I’ll  email you  2 catalogs to look through  so you can be prepared to ask any questions you may have about products that are of interest to you
• I’ll review your pet descriptions to see if there are specific items that would be a good fit for your pet’s needs (and discourage you from buying items that might not work as well)
• I’ll call you at our scheduled time and you will have the opportunity to tell me about all of those wonderful pet stories
• If there are items you decide to buy, we can place your order right there – no muss and no fuss!
